摘要:

<正>迷走神经刺激(VNS)已被美国食品药品监督管理局认定为对多种疾病的有效替代疗法,然而由于手术风险高、患者体内长期存在异物等诸多问题的存在妨碍了这一疗法的应用。经皮耳迷走神经刺激(taVNS)是由VNS发展而来的非侵入性、低成本的一种方法,以期替代植入式VNS,达到治疗疾病的目的。与传统针刺相比,taVNS可实现患者任意地点自行操作,同时由于其无创性,易于患者接受;与其他部位耳穴相比,taVNS通过刺激内脏代表区,可调节内脏功能。最初,taVNS仅仅被视为VNS治疗癫痫的替代疗法。
